Consultations

One of our primary ways to come alongside our churches and help them advance is through a church consultation. This takes place over the course of a weekend, where a consultation team comes in with an external, “fresh set of eyes” perspective. Assessment is made, based-on data collected prior to the weekend (provided by the church), and through interaction with the church body over the weekend itself.  A course of action is then presented to the church for them to make a decision on. Helpful guidelines and steps are mapped out, and the team continues to journey with the church in the upcoming year to help them in the achievement of the new   goals set out before them.
